InsTech Evening Events, Webinars and Podcasts are accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), which means you can earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours by attending our events or listening to our podcasts.
Each event and podcast is accompanied by Learning Objectives that will help you assess whether the learning intervention supports your professional development needs.
If you work for an InsTech corporate member organisation, you can email [email protected] to request a quarterly summary of the CPD hours you have earned.
Podcasts
By listening to an episode of the InsTech Podcast, you can claim up to 0.5 CPD hours towards your CPD scheme.
Where the content that qualifies as CPD falls below half an hour, we will direct you to other learning material, such as an article or website, that you can use to consolidate and reflect on the podcast content.
Tell us which podcasts you have listened to by emailing [email protected] and, if you are a member of InsTech, we will send you a quarterly summary of the CPD hours you have earned.
Events
By attending an InsTech Event, or by watching the recording on-demand for our Webinars, you can earn CPD hours towards your CPD scheme. For our Webinars, you can earn up to 0.5 CPD hours and for our Evening Events at CodeNode, you can earn up to 1.5 CPD hours per event.
If you work for a corporate member company and have previously claimed for a podcast, completed one of our post-event surveys, or emailed [email protected] to tell us you would like a quarterly summary, then the events you have attended will automatically be included in the summary.
