Agentic AI is one of the most significant technological inflection points facing insurance today. It promises not just automation but autonomous decision-making. While insurers have experimented with automation and machine learning for years, no carrier has yet deployed Agentic AI at scale. This absence of proven adoption creates a unique moment: curiosity is high but so is uncertainty.

Our Half Day event, created in partnership with experts AI Risk, convened over 300 decision-makers across insurance and technology to assess where we are now, what’s real and what comes next. We took a macro view of Agentic AI across the sector, mapping the landscape and exploring the AI architecture needed to implement it within organisations.

For the C-suite, this was a crossroad. CIOs are being asked by their boards whether Agentic AI is truly transformational or just another over-hyped wave. If the technology lives up to its promise, the competitive advantage for early movers could be profound. Our event provided a forum for candid CIO perspectives and an opportunity to hear directly from insurers about where they are placing their bets.

Additionally, for the insurance sector, Agentic AI is not merely a technology risk, it is also a rising market opportunity.
