About the event
No topic is generating more interest in the London Market than Digital Placement and Smart Follow underwriting. Brokers are driving digitalisation strategies across their operations and carriers are seeking to build out their capabilities and assessing which suppliers to work with.
In collaboration with Artificial Labs and Placing Platform Limited (PPL), InsTech hosted the evening event “The new data-first market for brokers and carriers – from digital placement to Smart Follow” on 25th June.
Our joint programme explored how the market is beginning to adopt a data-led digitally enabled working practice, and covered:
- How brokers are advancing their digital strategies and its impact on their operating practices.
- The experience of those firms that have begun to embrace APIs as a way of bringing greater connectivity between parts of the value chain.
- How data and digital connectivity enables innovative technologies like Smart Follow, and what that promise holds.
- How the industry can continue to work together to accelerate digitisation of London Market practices to help drive competitiveness on a global scale.
