Show and tell
We at InsTech have spent countless hours talking about technology and innovation in insurance, but to avoid death by demo, we have rarely provided a chance to see it in action. Times have changed. There are a lot of solutions out there that, in these days of quick build and configuration, are best seen, not discussed.
On 25th September 2025, InsTech is bringing back its “Show & Tell” event series, that were a defining staple in our Steel Yard days, where companies were able to pitch and demo their products.
The event will bring together 10 companies with a broad range of different products that are delivering tangible innovation in insurance. Each exhibitor gets 5 minutes to explain what they do and why it matters and what they will be showcasing.
Then it’s your turn to walk the floor, explore the demos, ask the tough questions and get hands-on with the solutions.
Come and watch some of the leading technology and data solutions transforming insurance, all under one roof, along with drinks and pizza. “Show & Tell” brings the London marketplace to life.
Get hands on
This isn’t another day of PowerPoint. It’s your chance to:
- See 10 innovative solutions live: each bringing a unique perspective on a tangible change that can be orchestrated throughout the insurance ecosystem.
- Hear from the innovators directly: each company has just five minutes to pitch to the audience what they can do and why it matters.
- Get hands-on with and challenge the tech: walk the floor, explore the platforms and test how these solutions could work for your insurance business.
The event gives you a first-hand look at how the each aspect of the full insurance ecosystem is evolving, including:
- Intelligent underwriting platforms (Federato, Concirrus, Imaginera) – From the very start of the submission, these platforms rethink how underwriting work gets done, making processes faster, smarter and more impactful
- Seamless data and reporting (Recorder, Supercede) – For brokers, each platform transforms messy or inconsistent information into structured data that can be leveraged with markets and capacity providers.
- End-to-end lifecycle platforms (Verisk, ServiceNow & DXC) – Drawing their focus on modular, API-first, cloud-ready design that integrates with existing ecosystems rather than adding another silo. These companies directly address the pain of fragmented legacy systems and disconnected processes.
- Specialist tools (RDT, Diesta, V7) – Bringing automation and intelligence to some of the most complex, high-impact areas of insurance: from claims orchestration and settlement, to premium payment reconciliation, to underwriting triage and document workflows.

You’ve heard the AI promises. Now see the platform that delivers - live, in under 90 seconds.
Concirrus
Most platforms promise AI. We deliver it – at the speed underwriters need.
Underwriters lose hours to unstructured and disparate data, missing information, and rekeying chaos from one system to the next. Concirrus changes that. In under 90 seconds, we turn unstructured submissions into clean, quote-ready data – without needing your team to build it for us.
What you’ll see live:
- Drag-and-drop ingestion
- AI-led field extraction from complex submissions
- External dataset enrichment
- Quote-ready output + confidence scoring
No manual patchwork. No back-and-forth with vendors. Just AI that underwriters can trust, and quote from.
This is underwriting tech built for speed, precision, and quote-to-bind impact.
Led by Oliver Fielding, Head of Account Management, Concirrus
At Concirrus, Oliver helps specialty insurers transform submission workflows, turning slow, manual processes into fast, AI-powered results. With experience supporting global clients and securing high-value partnerships, he shares practical insight into what today’s underwriters need to quote faster and win more business.
Diesta 2.0: Automating Insurance Payments From Receipt to Payout
Diesta
Diesta automates premium flows, reconciliation, and subledger management for MGAs, brokers and carriers.
In the demo, we’ll walk through an end-to-end premium payment journey in Diesta 2.0 – showing how a user can chase overdue funds, reconcile payments across multi-currency bank accounts and remittance files, and initiate payouts, all from the same platform.
This matters because, for the first time, insurance entities have a single system to manage the entire lifecycle of a premium payment. No more fragmented financial processes, just one easy-to-connect payment operations layer to enhance the finance function of your policy admin system.
