About the event

A top priority for all well run insurers, MGAs and brokers is finding ways to leverage the capabilities of technology to enhance their human skill set. This means finding the ideal blend between technology and human to create an ever more efficient and accurate way of assessing, pricing and transacting risk. With AI driving rapid advances in the power of the technology this is now an area that the insurance industry must continuously assess.

Our event on October 17th was sponsored by Salesforce and Azur Technology who both offer technology and services designed to address this issue. The topics under discussion included:

  • automated journeys and how they reduce friction, increase productivity and drive efficiency
  • the role of AI in insurance and the importance of building trust
  • underwriter workbenches in practice
  • Salesforce and the digitally enabled MGA
  • platforms and partnerships

If your company is looking at ways to grow its revenue without growing its headcount, this event showed how your peers are doing it and the intriguing prospects that the future holds.
