About the event
Severe convective storms are becoming more frequent and more severe and multi-billion event losses are becoming more common. Hailstorms are unpredictable and historically have been hard to model.
InsTech is continuing its early evening Catastrophe Camaraderie events designed to bring together those running models and using the results to share ideas and hear about some of the latest research, data and capabilities. Matthew Grant, CEO of InsTech will be in discussion with a panel of insurers, users and experts to dig deeper into this topic.
Speakers include:
- Roman Hohl, Senior Nat Cat Solutions Manager at Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions
- David Vicary, Research and Development Manager at Brit
- Jessica Turner, Head of Exposure Management at MS Amlin
Doors open at 4:00pm, with a chance to network prior to 45 minutes of discussion followed by further networking with drinks and snacks, finishing at 6:30pm.
