InsTech Overview:

Insurwave is an insurance e-trading platform that connects buyers, their brokers and specialty (re)insurers. Insurwave’s exchange uses the cloud and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to reduce the distance between risk and capital.

Originally built for AP Moller – Maersk AS to manage its cargo insurance operations, Insurwave has been used by Parsyl and Lloyds to launch the Global Health Risk Facility (GHRF) in 2020. In November 2021 Insurwave was acquired by Incubex, a developer and provider of exchange traded environmental and sustainability products. Insurwave now aims to deliver the Incubex product set to the corporate risk and insurance markets.
