Fadata’s INSIS product provides both a front and back-office administration system to insurers across all major lines of business. INSIS offers various product lifecycle modules which can be used to support the customer’s journey. These include CRM, policy administration and reinsurance management. INSIS also uses machine learning to automate some tasks in the underwriting and claims management modules. INSIS’ Product Configurator allows insurers to build and maintain insurance products easily using standardised processes. Whilst INSIS is not a SaaS offering, all products configured on INSIS can be deployed as cloud-based SaaS products.  Fadata has introduced an API gateway for interactions between INSIS products and third-party systems.
