Our first event of 2020 examined the future of payments in insurance with the help of a new sponsor, Mastercard.
Ruth Polyblank and Ian Slater from Mastercard joined Matthew and Robin on stage to discuss their plans for insurance and the whole universe of payment types. We also looked at a number of recent innovations in the payments space, including how virtual credit numbers are being used in the claims process and the value of anonymized payments data to provide insights into customers and their claims.
